• Use creativity and modern software tools to build apps that industrial users actually enjoy using— and replace the outdated, expensive systems still dominating the industry.

About you

• You're deeply passionate about software engineering.

• You probably keep a close eye on Hacker News, love trying new tools, and your GitHub heatmap is proudly green. Prior knowledge of industrial or automation technologies is not necessary.

What we’re looking for

• A portfolio you’re proud of — GitHub, Figma, or your own site.

• Deep understanding of at least one modern software frontier — whether it's event-driven architecture, Apache Iceberg, Next.js, or something else. (To show you can build things that are genuinely new)

• Full-stack mindset — you’re comfortable spinning up VMs, launching containers or Helm charts, working with Kubernetes and S3, and building CRUD apps that render beautifully in the browser. (This shows you’re a self-learner, not someone who waits to be told what to do)
